Hi, I'm Nikhil Tiwari, a finance and strategy analyst focused on M&A research, deal analysis, and business valuation, currently pursuing B.Com Honors in Applied Business Economics at Dayalbagh Educational Institute. My work sits at the intersection of deals, valuation, and strategic analysis and I take it seriously enough to have built a body of work before most of my peers have decided what they want to do.

At Zetheta Algorithms, I completed four structured M&A research projects covering – Family Business Succession Frameworks, Distressed Startup Acqui-hire Markets, Roll-up Strategy identification, and Cross-Border Cultural Fit Analysis. These weren't theoretical assignments. They were designed to replicate the kind of structured thinking that deal teams actually use under real timelines, with real analytical pressure.

My interest sits equally in deals and in the strategic decisions that precede them, which is why M&A, corporate strategy, and business valuation all feel like the same problem to me, approached from different angles.

Separately, I independently authored a full equity research report on CIAN Agro Industries building a DCF Valuation from scratch, stress-testing assumptions across bull, base, and bear scenarios, and arriving at a SELL recommendation on a ₹4,254 Cr enterprise. I didn't wait for someone to give me a Bloomberg terminal. I used what I had and did the work anyway.

That instinct to not wait is probably the most honest thing I can tell you about how I operate.

Looking ahead, I'm targeting a top IIM through CAT, and I intend to pursue the CFA charter alongside my career in finance. Both are part of the same long-term plan, not parallel distractions.

I don't have a prestigious undergrad name behind me. What I have is a track record of doing serious work in an environment that didn't hand it to me and the discipline to keep building it.
